  • Chuck joined the team in 2021 and jumped on the opportunity to take ownership. Since then, he has inspected more than 1,000 homes as an ASHI Certified Inspector and continues to provide the high level of service his customers have come to expect!
  • Nathan, Chuck's oldest son, joined the team in 2024 and is an ASHI Certified Inspector. Prior to that he earned an Associate Degree in General Business in 2021 and working full time as an Industry Salesman. He also brings a high level of Customer Service to the team and understands the needs of homebuyers and agents!
  • Alyssa, Chuck's, youngest daughter, is working on becoming an ASHI Certified Inspector and earning a Marketing Certificate from West Georgia Tech. She is the Social Media Manager for the Women's Council of Realtors in Coweta County and is active with various marketing duties!
